A great spot for your next vacation!

The host gets a poor rating due to the multiple safety issues. The property is manufactured home. Has the 4x4 concert steps to enter the house only and with no safety rails. Also on the last step the water spigot is sticking out into the step about 8 inches creating a trip hazard. The garden hose was not put away and laying in front of the steps. In the main space the floor molding that covers the two halves of the house is lifted up creating another trip hazard. We had to put a chair over. But the Worst safety issue was in the back bedroom where the air vent was broken loss and would have caused an ER visit if someone stepped on it and fallen and badly cut the foot. I swapped with a vent in another room where the vent was more out of the way. Some of the bad are horribly soft. It is not a kid friendly house is there is no place for the kids to play outside as it is all dirt and gravel. Never used the hot tub as it is just sitting in the dirt. Getting your trash to the dumpers is a concern as you cant easily walk to them so you have to put the trach bag in your car. And there needs to be a map showing just where the dumpers are located. But I get you get what you pay for.

Positive: Close to town and work site very convenient Negative: Hot tub was a little dirty

Great stay and very close to activities. Positive: Property was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Great location to food, shopping, activities, and the lake. Negative: We experienced some rain and hail during our stay that caused mud surrounding the hot tub, parking, and the front door. If there was gravel, then it would be less muddy.

The interior was pleasant. The mattresses are soft. The exterior needs some work. A walkway to the entry would have been helpful with a rail up the cement steps for safety. The BBQ grill didn't have gas, but it was near a field of weeds and we didn't want to chance starting a fire, so we opted not to use it. There were no steps into the hot tub and no walkway to the tub which is situated on dirt with weeds and thistles surrounding it.

Great stay. Good property. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for our end of summer getaway. Thanks
