Perfect location in Bear Lake

Positive: Clean, comfortable. Quiet area. Kid friendly. Negative: It was great and I would stay here again. All the doors and mattresses are very squeaky which we kind of just laughed about. We couldn't get the remotes to work with the TV and even changed the batteries that were provided but it still wouldn't work. Just an FYI for the owners. I appreciate having a place to stay with the kitchen and washer and dryer.

Overall this was a good place to stay. Interior matches pictures, but we wish there would have been pictures of the exterior. We had a boat with us and the houses are so close together with minimal parking, so it made it difficult for us. Didn’t love the placement of the hot tub as it provided no privacy from neighbors so we didn’t even use it. There were also some used water bottles left on the counter when we arrived, as well as crumbs and whole crackers on the floor in the living room. Location was great and was a nice, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again if we ever go up without our boat.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We highly recommend this property! It met our expectations and was perfect for my family. It was clean, well appointed, and relaxing. Our host communicated effectively & timely.
