Majestic Cabin overlooking the Lake!

Such a charming house overlooking beautiful Bear Lake. We loved our stay and look forward to booking again next year.

Good for what it offered. Hard not having AC available though.

The house was great with a great view of the lake.

We were disappointed with our stay, especially given the price and the amenities advertised.The hot tub was the main reason we booked this property, but it was not working when we arrived. The owner did send someone to repair it, which we appreciated, but it took two days before it was heated and usable. During the repair, the maintenance person replaced the water because it was very murky and disgusting, so we were only able to use the hot tub for one of our three nights.We knew the house did not have air conditioning, but we expected the provided fans to help. Unfortunately, fans were broken, making the house very uncomfortable when trying to sleep. An upstairs window didnt have a screen so bugs were flying in.The kitchen was poorly equipped, with very limited cooking supplies. Some items, such as the griddle, didn’t work.Overall cleanliness was below expectations. There were very few pillows. We were also concerned about safety: the bunk bed in the upstairs bedroom was extremely wobbly and broken. We did not feel comfortable letting our children sleep on the top bunk because we were worried it could collapse or someone could fall when trying to climb up or down. I reached out and the property management company said they would reimburse us some for the hot tub situation, but unfortunately, we still have not seen that reimbursement and all they did was ignore that question and ask for a five star review when communicating through the app.

The sunrise was beautiful and breathtaking. The house is cozy and inviting. There are three bedrooms upstairs one of them has a bunk bed and a full bathroom upstairs. Bottom has one. Bedroom and a half bath with a washer dryer. The wraparound patio is great. There is a jacuzzi but we didn’t use it. The host was very friendly and was extremely helpful with any questions we had which was an extreme bonus. The view hands down was beautiful.
