Beautiful home with 1 bedroom and huge open loft

We enjoyed our stay at this charming home. Positive: The location on the golf course was wonderful, and it was fun watching the geese wander among the golfers. .

Positive: Space Back deck/yard 3 bathrooms

Good place for families Positive: The property is represented well in the photos. Nice large open space perfect for a family. Area to run around outside. Close to everything. Bedding and towels are all clean, new, and nice. Negative: Dated kitchen and flooring. Could use an update. The house AC does not cool the property. The condo is pretty stuffy. There are lots of windows but only a few actually open. We ended up leaving the patio door open and the upstairs window open just to get ventilation and to cool the place off and get rid of the stuffiness. Ceiling fan cords are not long enough in the loft so we had to stand on an end table to turn the fan on at 10:00 pm when we arrived. We chose to sleep in the loft instead of the primary bedroom because circulation was best there. Again it is a nice, affordable place for a family. I do recommend it just know if you are an AC family this is not for you during summer heat waves. We prefer windows so it was fine. The front door screen door needs replacement to aid with ventilation.

Cute and fun little home for a cozy relaxed stay Positive: I have social anxiety and it was a nice, secluded, quiet and cozy little place that we had a lot of fun at. Nice place to relax and play games and step out the back door for some pretty views It was very clean, and impressed my wife who is a stickler when it comes to the cleanliness and even brings her own cleaning stuff in case she doesn’t feel like it is clean. Negative: N/A
